I decide to write on this topic because I’ve been approached. And most of these approach starts with…
“Which fat burner are you using?”
“Which Fat Burner do you recommend?”
“I need to lose fat, Which is the best Fat Burner on the market?”
There is nothing wrong to think that way it’s just that i would prefer to think of the fat burner supplement as an extra aid than the main agenda. But i guess i don’t support the idea of making it a miracle drug for obese people as I believe the best way to lose weight and maintain it is to change for a healthier lifestyle. I don’t know bout you but I dread the idea of taking lots of pills. It makes me feel like a druggie. lol.
There are so many healthier ways to reduce body fat%. Top of my list is the are spices. Ranging from Tumeric, Cumin, Nutmeg, cinnamon…etc. And all this ingredient not only are packed with fat burning capabilities, they are full of antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, mood enhancers and healing agents. Of course, it adds to the taste. There was once i had a mix which made my oatmeal taste like Muruku (Or better know as Chakli). The culprit, Cumin. But I guess it takes a lot of determination, motivations and perseverance to maintain these diet day to day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. That’s why most would opt for the easy way out which they think works miracles. I guess speed is being consider here as well since everyone wants to look the best with the shortest period of time and without striving effort. But look at the bright side if you follow through, not only you earn a healthier life with natural food you obtain skills in the sense of self-discipline, time management, lust control and managing habits. 😛 It’s worth every second spend and sweat lost.
Of course other than these wonderful spices there is the concept of High Fiber, Low carbohydrates, mid-high protein, Low fats with small portion and frequent meals adds up for a healthier you. Try to avoid sugar or sugary food. Anything with *-ose (eg. Glucose, Sucrose, Fructose,.. etc.) they are all still sugar. You’ve already have enough of them in your food. Adding them would only ADD extra sugars into your diet. Unless you eat raw grass, I guess it’s best to try to avoid adding these into your ingredient.
You are after all what you eat so EAT WISELY, STAY HEALTHY, BE NATURAL
