Let’s talk bout reality. Science-Medical-knowledge and taboo. In reality once you hit ur 30’s people start telling you that your hormone’s dropping and for guy, its mostly the worst nightmare. Testosterone level in danger. Getting too low and 1st thing that fear us is our performance both in bed with our women and in gym with our muscles. But im not here to talk bout the bedroom talk. More to unveil a myth which has been haunting us gym enthusiast, Fitness believers and those who are freaked out by taboos.

As you can see at the bottom middle of the picture above I’ve included Tribulus Terrestris in my stack. Since I’m at my early 30’s why not. I’ve never really got myself down to try any testosterone booster all these while. Even when USP Labs 1st launched their “Pink Magic” with awesome reviews, I went to get a bottle of it a few months before my local bodybuilding competition. It sat in my cabinet for many weeks before I release it off to a friend. I couldn’t bear to bring myself to consume it because my hormone was off the charts. Even without the boosters I could feel pity for (If I had one then) female partner with my raging sexual needs. But I’ve not been practicing self control for nothing since I started bodybuilding.lol.

So only up till last month that I ordered a bottle of bodybuilding.com Tribulus Terrestris from of course, http://www.bodybuilding.com which is very reasonable priced. I had to give a little to what the world believe. i guess it’s what they call reality. worldly reality that is. So here’s my review of testosterone and supplement boosters.

I’d say Tribulus Terrestris works as it claims. I can feel the rush in hormone. (feel) Just so you know I didn’t conduct any medical or scientific analysis and not making up on any medical claims. It’s a claim upon my experience trying out the supplement. And so, I feel much aggression and a gush in temper. I’ve always been very good at maintaining a cool head but after a week of using Tribulus Terrestris I notice that even minor things (usually dumb actions by others) triggered me easily. Even when the person in the gym didn’t place the weights back to the rack triggers me. I mean, usually I would just workout and along the way return it to the original place for them. Now I find myself uttering mockery. Which I don’t like at all.

Secondly I find that my sexual needs have been boosted many folds. It has caused me to have this desperation needs. Feeling Sexually Deprived when I’m not having any in a day. Which is bad because I’m single and I’ve not been having sex for a long time. All I can say is I’ve to settle it… in my way.. don’t ask.

Thirdly I notice physically there is some benefits to the muscle mass. In a way I’ve no idea how to explain but I’m getting more shredded dry. Gaining a little muscle mass. But of course, this has a lot to do with my clean diet and strict-Active-dedicated workout regiment.

So that’s is about the supplements. Now my opinion on my Lifestyle in conjunction with diet, workout and supplementation (Testosterone boosters)

Well, before I consume my 1st Tribulus Terrestris capsule I don’t feel any lack in my hormone in a sense there is no decrease in libido. Maybe it was due to my active lifestyle and most definitely the “Squats” and tons of lower body exercise in the gym. Not to forget a clean diet year through with lots of high fiber, protein and good carbs and most definitely good fats (omega) Fats is an essential and important substance to maintain a good testosterone level. The only difference is if you have the right fats to boost it. Having low visceral fat % will not only help in maintaining a good health physically but hormonal too. And it helps in courtship (mentally) 😛

can’t say much bout good sleep cause i’ve very sound sleep but very short ones too. Anyways, probably because my hormones are still high that I’ve added a booster in my stack that is causing me to be more aggressive.

I would say the old saying that ones you hit 30’s your hormone’s going downhill is not true. Well, not entirely true in a way on how you lead your life. If you have a healthy and active lifestyle you don’t have to worry bout it. If the other (Darker Path) then I can’t comment much but probably this supplement will work for you. And for those who are clinically or genetically affected too.

On my note of supplementation view Tribulus Terrestris works like it should.

I believe if I carry on eating healthy and lead an active lifestyle I don’t have to worry about this agenda for a long time. Myth Busted.

Would taking these makes you an unnatural Builder?

I guess a lot people would think that all bodybuilders are not natural since we have a pimped up physique. Hyped up even compared to a normal person. Most would think all bodybuilders are Steroid abusers. And some goes as far as claiming that taking whey protein powder is considered unnatural. But have you googled what exactly is a Whey protein Powder? So it means if you drink milk or take cheese you are not natural? Oh sure, it’s a processed form of powdered substance, oh wait, so those who take Anlene, Dutch lady, Fernleaf powdered milk are considered unnatural? So ur feeding ur babies with enfalac, Enfamil, Similac, Walgreens and Nestle baby milk POWDER? Now you know that taking Whey don’t make you an unnatural builder so what bout the pills?

Do you take Vitamin C, Vitamin Bs, Omega, Beta carotine, Calcium… etc? Aren’t those pills too? I guess if you take ginseng and tongkat ali it makes you unnatural too? Well, it enhances the hormones too, right?. So after stating the base line here’s how you differentiate. An Unnatural builder is one which is taking a substance that intensely heighten the growth hormone at an unnatural level. A natural builder can be separated in two forms. Those who choose to utilize food only without supplements and those who utilize both.

There is nothing wrong if you choose to be on either side. It’s just a choice but the 1st group would experience less speed on recovery as it’s not easy to consume a 120gms of protein a day for a 145lbs person along with the necessary BCAA, EFA, EAA, vitamins… etc Just imagine how many kgs of beef you have to consume to obtain enough Creatine. I think by the time you consume enough creatine from beef you’ll be treated with indigestion. But like I said, it’s a choice as some are still uneasy at the thought of popping some pills or shaking a drink. You can definitely still build a great physique by going all food builder without supplements.

For most who choose to add in some supplements as aid, don’t worry you are still natural. For myself, I would say taking these shakes saves time and it’s easier on the pocket. Right now I’m only taking New Zealand Pure Natural Whey Powder along with my Nutrilite Multi-Vitamin and Vitamin B and my next cycle will be Calcium and Omega Fish Oil. I’m mostly vegan extracting my source of protein from nuts and beans and occasionally I do take chicken breast and steak but I choose to consume more Protein and Fiber as a self preference. Milk is my friend and Oatmeal is my love. Peanut Butter is my soulmate. And I’m NUTS for Peanuts.

Don’t get me wrong. I started off exercising and workout out in the gym without any supplements for many years before I choose to look into supplements. And I managed to build a nice physique and my friend was huge. We rely on food only so that is where my knowledge in food and diet came from. Only after 15 years later I started taking vitamins and and 3 years later I took my 1st Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard Whey which I bought from GNC. In between the 18 years I’ve stopped gym for 9 years but I managed to maintain my weight and got a bit softer but somehow I managed to maintain my outline of muscles. Just not as hard and ripped. So it has always been the food which helps me to maintain my physique. I started taking supplements only as an aid and never fully depends on it as the only source of my improvement. But bear in mind that supplements does help just don’t rely too much or entirely on it and use it wisely.

So taking supplements don’t make you unnatural. Taking steroids or Growth Hormones does.

(P.s. Don’t be too happy bout it cause if you take meat, you aren’t that pure either cause the livestocks these days are full of Growth Hormones. Hence, I try to be as Vegan as possible. lol)
