Be passionate in what you do and you will receive a good harvest

Its always motivational watching those youtube Bodybuilding motivations video, Training routine of the Legends and Pro-Bodybuilders. Kai Greene is my favourite till date as His workout are much focused on intensity with strict form and not too much on just moving the heavy ass weights. Then there are the Awesome Dexter “The Blade” Jackson, The Strongman Powerlifter bodybuilder Johnny Jackson, The SuperChamp Ronnie Coleman.. and all the legends in the likes of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Frank Zane, Lou Ferrigno, Dorian Yates.. etc

Here’s the thing. Its Motivational Video. Which means its suppose to MOTIVATE YOU TO GO BEASTMODE! Not asking you to copy exactly what they do in the video up till the point how they wipe their sweat off the forehead or pick their nose in between a set and flick that shit. And the Training routine is a GUIDELINE for you to understand what bodybuilding is and not follow perfectly exactly what they are doing. These people are Pros. If this is in Manga / Anime they are *SUPER SAIYAN LEVEL 6* They work hard to achieve that level step by step. Even GOKU-DRAGONBALL have to go through from being a regular *Saiyan to Super Saiyan leveling ups. So you can follow the routine and program arrangements but be sensible. Ronnie Coleman Squats 800lbs don’t mean you do so too. He has build his joint strength and muscle tolerance to Super Saiyan Level 6 for crying out loud. lol. So you can squat. Follow their correct strict manner but at your own pace & weight. You will definitely get there up on Level 6,7 or 100 even but build it up 1 level at a time.

So what I’m saying is, use them as a reference and not a copy sheet. you are no carbon copy shit… *sheet .. lol. TRAIN SMART will get you further to TRAIN INSANE longer. Improvements comes with time and experience. Don’t maintain at the same level far too long. When you see yourself get stronger, LEVEL UP!

Happy Training and BE CREATIVE, BE SENSIBLE, BE SMART, BE BEAST MODE

Muscle Max Kuala Belait, Brunei Darussalam

A great gym with tons of hardcore equipments

Another gym which was in my list of visits since God knows when. I’ve heard of the place but never really workout there. Because I always got lost trying to find the place previously until I finally worked in Seria and the most hang about place with my friends there is Kuala Belait. Previously I always workout at Paul and Olivia, Kuala Belait because it’s easy to find. Probably will do a review on that one in the future. So here’s Muscle Max Kuala Belait, a HARDCORE GYM here in Brunei where the heaviest dumbbell could break my back if I tried lifting it.

I just love this incline Machine Bench Press which really target the upper pecs

The Gym is a little warm. There are wall fan around but most of them are off. Only when I decide to turn it on that I get the breeze. Luckily there are lots of windows open and the air is circulated.

Most of the machines are rusted but still functioning properly. Don’t let the faded paint turn you off. Warriors are made under these conditions. These are the kind of gym where builders pump hard and not talk hard. Get what I mean. But if you talk hard here then I can’t say much too. What I do know is when I enter the gym I’m in another dimension! SHUT UP AND PUMP!!!!

Well, it’s my Chest and Back day so the 1st thing I did was jump onto the Vertical Bench Machine and superset it with Seated Row. Fit nicely as both the machine were beside each other. I was there for a good 10 sets. 5 sets normal grip on the bench machine and narrow grip row and another 5 sets lower grip with wide grip seated row. Moving on to the Incline free weight bench Machine as shown above supersetting with Dumbbell bent over Row. 5 sets each before moving on to Cablecross and lat pulldown. I can’t remember all the exercise I did as I was totally zone out.. or zone in. I was happy with the setups but not too joyful bout the temperature. But nothing I can’t dealt with as it’s the quality of the workout that is important.

You get a full range of machines here for the whole body’s requirement.

After a great Chest and Back workout

Overall I’d say 4/5 Come and give it a PUMP!
